Location: End of Thompson Harbor Road (before Grand Lake Outlet reaches Lake Huron). Proceeds benefit the PITWP Parks and Recreation Summer Concert Series at the New Lighthouse. The Museum Society is currently seeking volunteers to work at the 1905 Keepers House this summer. This event will provide information to all those interested.
Lighthouse hours: 5/24-6/14: Open weekends, Friday-Monday, 10am-5pm. 6/14-9/2: Open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm. 9/2-10/14: Open weekends, Friday-Monday, 10am-5pm. The lighthouses close for the season on Monday, October 14th at 5pm.
The collection takes place at the Rogers City Transfer Station, 503 West Park Dr. Rims must be removed. Passenger car and light truck tires only. They will NOT accept ag/tractor tires, loader tires, airplane tires or semi-truck tires. Tires must be dropped off the day of the event. Tires may NOT be dropped off at
