The God Loves You Food Pantry will take place on Tuesday, May 12, at 12:30 p.m. at Grand Lake Chapel. Registration will take place along Lake Esau Highway (enter via Glenbush Drive). Please remain in your car, and items will be placed in your trunk.

The Parks and Recreation Committee is hosting a spring road cleanup on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Volunteers will meet at the Township Hall. Grabbers, bags, and safety vests will be provided. Just bring your own gloves.

The Old and New Lighthouses will open for the 2026 season on Friday, May 22nd at 10:00 a.m.  The lighthouses will be open Friday-Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Beginning Friday, June 19th, the lighthouses will be open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through Labor Day.  After Labor Day,

The Light up the Sky 5K and Kids Fun Run will take place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the New Lighthouse Park.  Proceeds support the Presque Isle Township July 4th fireworks.  For more information and to sign up, visit: Run Sign Up.

The Township Hall offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day.  We will reopen on Tuesday, May 26 at 9:00 a.m.
