This notice is being published on behalf of the Presque Isle Township Zoning Board of Appeals to inform you of a hearing that has been requested by and for the following: Chris & Mary Crittenden / Liske Construction, 13350 White Ash, Alpena, MI, 49777, parcel no: 122-265-000-009-00. The applicant is requesting a variance for a side setback of five feet vs. the 10-foot setback required in the zoning ordinance.
