This notice is being published on behalf of the Presque Isle Township Planning Commission to inform you of a hearing that has been requested for a parcel of land located within Presque Isle Township. The hearing has been requested by and for the following: Get Reel, LLC, Garner Highway, Presque Isle, MI 49777, parcel no. 120-009-000-015-00. The applicant is requesting a hearing to build a 40’x80’ accessory structure with a 16’x75’ lean-to which is larger than what is allowed within the R1 district without Planning Commission approval. The hearing will take place at 6:00 p.m. during a special Planning Commission meeting on Monday, October 13th, 2025, at the Presque Isle Township Hall, 12653 E. Grand Lake Rd., Presque Isle, MI 49777. The hearing can also be attended over Zoom. Please check our website, www.presqueisletwp.org/planning-commission/ for credentials to enter the meeting.
