- Lake St. and Fireside Hwy. Special Assessment Public Hearing: The Presque Isle Township Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing at the Township Hall on October 14th, 2024 at 4pm for the consideration of a Special Assessment Roll which includes the parcels benefited by the proposed paving and improvement of Lake Street and Fireside Hwy. The Special Assessment Roll has been prepared for the purpose of assessing a portion of the estimated total cost of $104,403.41 which would be $1,134.82 on a per-lot basis or $8.44 on a per-foot basis.
