On Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held to review the special assessment rolls and cost computations for the Grand Lake – Lake Level Special Assessment District. The hearing will take place at the Rogers Theater, 257 N. 3rd St., Rogers City, MI 49779.
Any objections to the special assessment costs must be made either at the hearing or submitted in writing in order to reserve the right to appeal. Written objections must be received by the date of the hearing and may be emailed to presqueislelakelevels@gmail.com or mailed to Grand Lake – Lake Level, 4151 Okemos Road, Okemos, MI 48864.
